Your key responsibilities will include identifying new features and customer journey optimisation opportunities, driving work items for development into product backlogs, and supporting prioritisation decisions.

You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, Designers, business stakeholders, and potentially external third parties, using analytic tools to understand and optimise user journeys for better customer outcomes.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in managing web or mobile digital journeys and delivering related product roadmaps or web-based applications.
  • Effective use of data and MVT (Multivariate Testing) to identify and enhance customer experience and business value, and measure and report on outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to frame complex problems and contexts to stakeholders and implementation team.
  • Ability to drive customer and commercial goals while balancing risk.
  • Collaborative approach to work with digital disciplines in designing and delivering high-performing and accessible digital products.
