Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple deliverables with competing priorities.
• Awareness of the digital banking ecosystem and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop a digital product roadmap for mobile banking apps aligned to the Digital Meeting Places vision.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Financial Product, Technology, Group, Branches, and control functions.
• Oversee a multi-disciplinary team to develop digital products via research, ideation, and design.
• Define and measure success criteria for digital products and business outcomes.
• Establish feedback loops to refine backlog and optimise value.
• Ensure seamless delivery of digital products including training and communications.
• Collaborate with Group (Sweden) to accelerate digital development.
• Engage digitally focused colleagues across the Bank to drive awareness.
