We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Owner to join the Customer Care and eCommerce teams of a sports fashion brand in London. This role involves working within a hybrid model, contributing to building an international brand, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Digital Product and collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and UX teams.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering Customer Service SaaS products across multiple processes and teams, preferably in an international setting. Responsibilities include working closely with the Customer Care team to define new customer and advisor experiences, understanding the customer service platform end-to-end, and collaborating with Customer Care, Operations, and Technology leads to identify technical features and solutions. You will also work with the Head of Customer Care to set the vision and lead the development and delivery of the 2021 Customer Service roadmap. Additionally, you will create digital integrations to unify data from various sources, enabling effortless, consistent, and personalized service.
Qualifications include the ability to influence both technical and business teams to implement solutions efficiently, a passion for creating outstanding customer experiences, and a strong analytical mindset. Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Development, UX/UI, Customer Support, and Operations is desirable. A good understanding of contract regulations is also required.
