Qualifications

• Experience using a website CMS, ideally Contentful, Sitecore or a similar platform.
• Strong understanding of SEO, content optimisation and UX best practices.
• Ability to leverage analytics to inform decisions and drive improvements.
• Collaborative approach with stakeholders across the business.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and maintain website pages and digital content in the CMS.
• Ensure content stays accurate and aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver updates and new digital initiatives.
• Apply SEO, content and UX best practices to improve visibility and conversions.
• Use keyword research and user behaviour data to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Review journeys and content performance to recommend enhancements.
• Monitor website performance and report on engagement and conversions.
• Contribute to testing, learning and continuous optimisation across digital channels.
• Ensure accessibility, metadata, tracking and QA checks are implemented.
