Job summary

HDI is a Corporate & Specialty Insurer seeking a Transformation Analyst to collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers and Technology teams to analyse and improve end-to-end workflow processes. You will help identify inefficiencies, map future-state processes and design practical digital solutions.

As your technical capability grows, you will use Power Apps and other approved low-code tools to build applications, automate workflows and support wider transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance industry and understanding of insurance processes and operating environments.
• Background in process improvement, continuous improvement, business analysis or operational transformation.
• Ability to translate business problems into clear process or solution requirements.
• Interest in technology and aptitude to learn Power Apps, workflow automation and other low-code tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyse end-to-end insurance processes and identify opportunities for simplification and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define future-state processes and requirements.
• Translate requirements into practical digital solutions and build applications with low-code platforms.
• Configure business rules, process logic and user interfaces to support operations.
• Support testing, UAT, implementation and post-launch activity.
