Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in transformation or automation centres of excellence is essential.
• Experience bridging business and technology to document and improve processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Proven stakeholder management and workshop facilitation abilities.

Aufgaben

• Analyse and document existing end-to-end processes in detail.
• Redesign processes to leverage automation and digital modernization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Create process flow diagrams and descriptions using Visio or similar tools.
• Assess feasibility, ROI, and impact on stakeholders for candidate processes.
• Host Deep Dive/Discovery workshops with process owners across the business.
