Randstad CPE is seeking a Trainee to Experienced Digital Print Operator to join our 24/7 continental shift team in Wiltshire. Training rate starts at £35,179.14 per year, rising to £43,973.93 with completion, plus overtime at Time + 1/3.

You will work in a two-person crew on high-speed digital presses, with full training and development programs offered. This permanent full-time role features a 12-hour continental shift (6am–6pm / 6pm–6am).

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• English and Maths from education section.
• High School education completed.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital press equipment following work orders.
• Monitor machine performance to maximize output and minimize downtime.
• Perform basic routine maintenance and setup/make-ready procedures.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental standards.
• Assist with material handling and preparing printed work for finishing.
