Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting for a Trainee to Experienced Digital Print Operator in Wiltshire, with a 12-hour continental shift pattern. The role starts on a training salary and progresses to a higher rate after successful training and KPIs.

You will operate high-speed digital presses, maximise output and ensure safety and quality standards. The position requires a reliable, practical candidate familiar with shift work, capable of handling materials and using basic IT to read work orders.

Qualifications

• Shift-based production experience preferred; full training will be provided.
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance.
• Practical, problem-solving mindset and comfort around industrial machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital press equipment following work orders.
• Monitor machine performance to maximize output and minimise downtime.
• Carry out basic routine maintenance and setup/make-ready procedures.
• Adhere to high quality, health, safety and environmental standards.
• Assist with material handling and prepare printed work for finishing.
