Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd in Bromyard is seeking a Digital Print Operator or Trainee for a permanent, site-based role. The position offers 39.5 hours per week with a salary of £12.80–£13.30 per hour, dependent on experience and probation success.

Qualifications

• Basic digital print production knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency with Mac and Windows environments.
• GCSE Maths and English at grade C or higher.
• Diploma or City & Guilds in printing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital printing machinery to produce materials.
• Set up and adjust equipment per job specs.
• Monitor print quality and consistency.
• Troubleshoot issues during printing.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production goals.
• Follow safety protocols and keep workspace clean.
• Carry out other duties as required.
