Salary: £35,179.14 (Training Rate) rising to £43,973.93 upon completion + Overtime at Time + 1/3

full comprehensive training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Training Salary: Starts at
£16.81/hr (£35,179.14 per annum) during your initial structured training period.
Post-Training Salary: Increases to
£21.01/hr (£43,973.93 per annum) upon successful completion of your training plan and key performance indicators (KPIs) covering attendance, quality, and machine operation.
