Job summary

We are working with a growing digital agency seeking an experienced Digital PR Manager to lead a talented team, drive exceptional client results, and contribute to ongoing business success. The role sits at the heart of the Digital PR function, overseeing strategy, delivery, and client partnerships across a varied client portfolio.

You’ll lead a high-performing team, shape campaigns with data-led insights, and partner with SEO, Content, and Paid Media to deliver integrated results.

Qualifications

• Strong Digital PR, outreach, media relations, or communications experience.
• Experience managing and developing a team.
• Track record of delivering campaigns with measurable results.
• Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a Digital PR team.
• Creating and delivering data-led Digital PR strategies.
• Managing client relationships and acting as a senior advisor.
• Overseeing campaign delivery, performance, and reporting.
• Building relationships with journalists, publishers, and media contacts.
• Collaborating with SEO, Content, and Paid Media teams on campaigns.
• Driving process, performance, and client-outcome improvements.
• Supporting agency growth through client development.
