Job summary

Reflect Digital in Maidstone is seeking an experienced Digital PR Lead to drive day-to-day performance, creative delivery, and team development across our Digital PR department. Working with the Head of Content & Digital PR, you’ll champion Reflect Digital’s behaviour-led approach, own key client relationships, and mentor a talented team to deliver high-impact, story-driven campaigns.

Qualifications

Solid background in Digital PR with top-tier coverage.
Experience leading and mentoring teams.
Strong client-facing and strategic planning skills.
Ability to manage retainers and budgets.

Responsibilities

Provide clear leadership: translate agency goals into responsibilities and expectations.
Line-manage designated team members with coaching and progression planning.
Oversee day-to-day priorities and identify capacity challenges to adjust resources.
Lead client relationships through proactive communication and strategic counsel.
Develop campaign strategies and roadmaps aligned with client KPIs and budgets.
Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with Growth Team for cross-sell/upsell.
Monitor account profitability and escalate risks early with optimisation plans.
Support new business pitches with research, insights, strategy.
