Qualifications

• Candidates should have experience in Digital PR, PR or Content Marketing within an agency.
• Proven track record of securing media coverage and journalist relationships.
• Strong written communication and storytelling abilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Commercial awareness and confidence working directly with clients.
• Proactive, creative approach to campaign generation.
• Knowledge of SEO and link-building principles is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Digital PR campaigns from concept through to execution.
• Develop creative story angles and outreach strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and key media contacts.
• Secure high-quality media coverage and backlinks across relevant publications.
• Create press releases, media pitches, and supporting campaign content.
• Manage day-to-day client communication and reporting.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insight-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with SEO, Content, Social, and Marketing teams to maximise campaign impact.
• Identify reactive PR opportunities and newsjacking opportunities.
• Support the development of new campaign ideas and ongoing client growth.
