Job summary

The NHS seeks a part-time Project Co-ordinator to assist the Digital PMO with a portfolio of projects across hospital sites in Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight. The role supports planning, monitoring and delivery under supervision, coordinating with project managers to ensure timely outcomes.

With a focus on standard processes, the post involves developing business cases, maintaining logs, and providing admin support to senior IM&T leads within the Digital Programme.

Qualifications

• First degree or equivalent experience with diploma level training.
• Desirable: Project Management Qualification.
• Experience in supporting development of standard activities.
• Experience in supporting deployment of standard processes.
• Experience in creating and maintaining standard templates for deployment activities.

Responsibilities

• Support initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring and closure of projects under supervision.
• Assist Project Managers with business case development and planning activities.
• Maintain risk, issue and action logs; monitor tasks and coordinate delivery.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, time and cost constraints with Project Manager oversight.
• Support wider IM&T Digital Programme activities and administrative tasks.
