Job summary

Orbital South Colleges Group is seeking a Website & Digital Platforms Officer to manage and develop our College website, intranet and SharePoint environment, ensuring information is accurate, accessible and user-focused.

You will publish content, monitor accessibility and user experience, support SharePoint pages and Power Automate workflows, and provide training to staff while coordinating with Microsoft 365 tools.

Qualifications

• Educated to Level 3 or above in IT, Digital Media, Computing, Web Development or related discipline.
• Experience managing websites using a Content Management System (CMS).
• Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint Online.
• Experience creating and maintaining web content.
• Experience supporting users in a Microsoft 365 environment.
• Experience managing digital documents and information.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop and maintain the College website, intranet and SharePoint environment, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Publish content, news articles and announcements, keeping information up to date and aligned with standards.
• Support website development projects, manage permissions and content approvals, and maintain SharePoint Online sites.
• Design and develop SharePoint pages, document libraries, forms and workflows; support Microsoft 365 tools and staff training.
