Well Pharmacy is seeking a Care Home Co-ordinator in Stoke-on-Trent to support our digital pharmacy operations. Working behind the scenes in a distribution Healthcare Services Centre, you will coordinate monthly medication supplies for care homes and liaise with surgeries and our pharmacy team to ensure timely fulfilment.

You will maintain records and patient safety standards, onboarding new care homes, and pro-actively resolve ongoing supply issues as part of a distant selling digital pharmacy

Formación

• Experience in a community pharmacy environment.
• Ability to communicate at different levels, such as public or professional bodies.
• Pleasant, polite and professional telephone manner.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Accuracy and ability to follow instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate monthly medication supply for care homes with the pharmacy team.
• Liaise between care homes, surgeries and the pharmacy to fulfil orders.
• Maintain records to ensure patient safety standards.
• Direct urgent interim items through the appropriate route of fulfilment.
• Respond to emails and phone calls between care homes, surgeries and other healthcare bodies.
