Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Care Services Partner to lead the operational running of the care services pharmacy and serve as the single point of contact for care home customers. The role involves working onsite, partnering with local stakeholders, and reporting to the store manager to deliver outstanding care.

You will manage care homes network, support dispensing activities, resolve queries, and act as Boots ambassador in the local community to drive new business while collaborating with store teams

Qualifications

• NVQ2 in Pharmaceutical Science required.
• Experience with problem solving in a healthcare environment with a focus on patient care.

Responsibilities

• Plan Care Services workload to ensure top service.
• Collaborate with ~40 care homes, store teams and GP surgeries to retain and grow customers.
• Resolve queries from care homes.
• Assist with dispensing duties: labeling, priming, MARR sheets, ordering, dispensing, endorsing, checking prescriptions and collecting prescriptions.
• Work with Regional Business Manager to promote Boots in the local community and help sign up new business.
• Collaborate across the pharmacy in-store, including the healthcare counter.
