Job Title: Digital Operations Team Lead

Join our Transportation team in Exeter as a Digital Operations Team Lead. In this role, you will lead digitisation and data acquisition projects, driving innovation and ensuring the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

As Digital Operations Team Lead, you will oversee a team responsible for maintaining data accuracy, ensuring compliance, and delivering excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.

Your daily tasks will include:

1. Planning and adjusting team workload to meet project deadlines
2. Managing the ticketing system for requests and inquiries
3. Coordinating data acquisition with utility companies, tracking correspondence, and following up to gather essential asset information
4. Ensuring extremely high accuracy of all data
5. Assisting in maintaining GIS and asset data

Qualifications

This role is ideal if you possess:

• Strong IT skills, especially proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with GIS in a professional setting
• Knowledge of data management and processing tools, including databases
• Scripting experience for automating data processing tasks
