We're looking for a dynamic Digital Operations Team Lead to join our fast-moving Transportation team in Exeter! In this exciting role, you'll take the lead on digitisation and data acquisition projects, driving innovation and ensuring accuracy and the highest quality in everything we deliver. Location: Exeter - travel to the office required with remote working available

Hours: Permanent Fulltime with some flexibility on hours

Responsibilities

As Digital Operations Team Lead, you'll be leading a team responsible for maintaining accuracy of digitised data, upholding compliance, and delivering outstanding customer service to clients and stakeholders

Your day to day will include:

• Planning and adjusting team workload to ensure project timescales are met.
• Manage the ticketing system, tracking requests, and ensuring timely resolution of inquiries
• Act as the primary coordinator for data acquisition with utility companies, tracking correspondence, and following up as necessary to gather essential asset information
• Ensure extremely high accuracy of all data
• Assist in the maintenance of GIS and asset data

What are we looking for?

This role of Digital Operations Team Lead is great if you have:

• Strong IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office in particular Excel
• A strong background in GIS, with proven experience applying it in a professional setting
• Experience with data management and processing tools, including databases
• Experience with scripting for automation of data processing tasks
