We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Private Wealth (MPW) team as a Digital Operations Analyst based in the London office.
This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Data Analyst, you will be involved in the production and development of the MI suite for the MPW business, maintenance of the MPW Intelliflo Office database, and maintaining procedure documents.
You will also assist in the development and implementation of technological solutions for MPW to improve the overall client journey and process efficiency, working closely with the Operational Support team to ensure a unified approach across the MPW business regarding procedures and processes.
