Now we are looking for aSenior HR Operations Specialistto join our team.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, including documentation, orientation, and system setup.
  • Oversee the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring a smooth and compliant exit experience.
  • Maintain, update, and audit employee records in accordance with internal standards and legal requirements.
  • Ensure the secure management and proper organization of all HR files and documentation.
  • Monitor changes in labor laws and employment regulations; ensure HR policies and procedures remain compliant.
  • Prepare, analyze, and submit accurate HR reports for internal management and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, procedures, and benefits.
  • Address routine employee concerns and escalate complex or sensitive issues to HR leadership.
  • Collaborate with HRIS and data teams to design, test, and implement dashboards, reports, and system enhancements.
  • Contribute to HR initiatives and special projects, such as process improvements, policy revisions, and system rollouts.

About You:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, with a focus on onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience working with HRIS platforms (BambooHR highly desirable).
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a customer-focused approach to employee support.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate complex issues appropriately.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience supporting HR process improvement or change management projects is highly desirable.
