Job summary

Mitchells & Butler's in Birmingham City Centre is seeking a Digital Menu Manager on a 3-month fixed-term contract to join the expanding menu integration system and support digital food and drink offerings.

You’ll work with data, Marketing and Food Development teams to create, maintain and deploy menus for Order at table, Click & Collect and with delivery partners, ensuring timely, accurate menu information.

Qualifications

• Highly numerate and analytical with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Great communication skills with ability to influence senior colleagues.
• Understanding of EPOS systems and data management.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and APIs would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support digital menu maintenance through stakeholder communication.
• Provide data analysis for Data Management and external teams.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing and Digital Marketing to ensure accurate menu information.
• Ensure timely collection and deployment of digital menu data across channels.
• Maintain user experience focus in all digital menu builds.
