We’re seeking a strategic and client-focused Digital Media Account Manager to join a talented Client Services team in Leeds. In this role, you’ll manage an impressive and varied portfolio of leading brands, delivering impactful campaigns and driving real results.

What we are looking for...

  1. A strong agency background in managing integrated accounts across paid and organic media, to lead strategic conversations with clients and internal teams.
  2. Previous experience managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines and client expectations to ensure seamless execution and outstanding results.
  3. Excellent understanding of performance metrics, industry terminology, and KPIs, with a track record of overseeing media planning, execution, and analysis to optimise success.
  4. A natural curiosity to spot trends, solve challenges, and identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance.
