We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager - Website to join our Global Marketing team at Clyde & Co, a leading international law firm. If you're passionate about digital transformation, user experience, and pushing the boundaries of what a website can do in a B2B context — this is your chance to shape the future of our digital presence.

A Global Role with Real Impact

You'll lead the evolution of our global website — a business-critical platform that's at the heart of how we present our brand, engage clients, and support the firm's growth. This isn't just a content management role — it's a chance to influence client strategy, accelerate the Business Development cycle, and innovate in a fast-paced, open-minded team.

We're not a traditional marketing team — we're embedded in the client strategy of the firm. You'll work closely with stakeholders from across our global network, Business Development teams to drive website performance and bring fresh thinking to how we deliver a standout digital experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and lead the firm's website strategy — continuously optimising and innovating to improve UX and client engagement
  • Manage a small, talented team of Digital Executives — overseeing daily workflows and identifying service processes
  • Collaborate globally with marketing, BD, and legal teams across all regions
  • Partner with external vendors to deliver enhancements and technical solutions
  • Lead on personalisation, SEO, local language enablement, and lead generation initiatives
  • Use AI, analytics (PowerBI), and new tech to inform strategy and decision making
  • Work hands-on where needed — you'll know when to roll up your sleeves and when to delegate

  • Experience managing high-performing B2B websites
  • Expertise in CMS platforms (e.g. Kentico, Sitecore), UX best practices, and digital analytics
  • A proven ability to align digital strategy with business goals

  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones and global stakeholders
