Initially, Your Primary Focus Will Be

1. Maintaining our Trust and schools websites to be concise, clear, compliant, and visual for a diverse range of audiences, ensuring our culture, values, and vision are clear.
2. Developing our social media use, evolving how we communicate, moving beyond traditional written formats and embracing more dynamic, visual, and interactive approaches.
3. Supporting colleagues by using social media and digital platforms to attract talent; employees, trustees, and governors to our organization.
4. Strengthening internal communication, with a particular emphasis on connecting our complex, multi-site organization. Effective communication is essential to bring everyone together, ensuring all schools and teams are aligned, working towards the same vision and values, and fostering a shared sense of purpose.
5. Creating and embedding an intranet as our internal communications platform—not just as a tool, but as the digital home of our culture, values, and vision.
6. Advancing our strategic objectives through impactful communications, marketing, and PR.
