We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help grow some of our strategically important product categories. This is a new role and because these categories have such huge growth potential, you will be reporting directly to our CEO.
You will look after all marketing activity of Hot Tubs, Air Conditioners, Dehumidifiers, BBQs and Solar Panels. We are market-leaders in some of these areas and have compelling products to sell to consumers, end-user businesses and installers.
Your role is to drive sales and profitability through both digital and offline activities. By working with the buyers, you will immerse yourself in the details of the product to highlight benefits and create compelling reasons for customers to buy from us.
Digital
Enhance product benefits and features on our websites, improve the customer journey, and create reasons to buy from us. Educate customers about product benefits and highlight our award-winning delivery service and installation teams. Collaborate with our creative department to build engaging content and a top-tier customer experience.
Offline
Drive marketing campaigns engaging retail and business customers, including leaflets, calls, emails, promotions, and exhibitions. Create, implement, and monitor these campaigns with support from other departments.
Your Reports
You will lead three digital marketers focusing on website enhancement and customer journey analysis. Work closely with our ecommerce and creative departments to increase traffic, improve website features, and develop CRM campaigns.
