Role
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing initiatives, focusing on the BNPPRE brand to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.

Our Marketing & Communications team supports the business in meeting strategic objectives by bringing our services to market, engaging our audiences, and strengthening the BNPPRE brand's commercial and emotional appeal.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to executing digital marketing plans aligned with the overall business strategy, revising strategies as needed, and providing strategic digital marketing advice.
- Plan and execute digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, paid social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Measure and report on campaign performance.
- Utilize analytics to understand customer interactions across channels, optimize conversion points and user funnels, and map customer and user journeys to identify improvement areas.
- Support strategic business development activities and the 'Client First' approach, including the ongoing implementation of Microsoft Dynamics and developing the Key Account Management Programme across BNPPRE.
- Manage multiple lead-generating digital campaigns, including website content and optimization, portals like Agents Insight, email automation, and social media marketing to support lead generation and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create high-quality webpage content, optimize user experiences, and ensure SEO best practices.
- Support key client events through digital marketing efforts such as developing target lists and email marketing campaigns.
- Work with Research and PR & Communications teams to develop and promote engaging research, insights, and client content across digital platforms.
Accountabilities
- Implement BNPPRE’s brand campaigns, ensuring materials are on-brand and aligned with approved processes, working with teams in Paris and BNP Paribas Bank for brand unification.
- Coordinate with the corporate team at RE HQ in Paris, BNP Paribas Bank, and other UK entities to promote the Real Estate brand and services internally and externally.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization.
You’ll Need
- Degree qualification or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and CRM systems.
- Experience or knowledge in the real estate sector is advantageous.
