Job description

The Role

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of all digital and e-commerce activities, managing and growing a Digital Marketing and E-Commerce team across all our target markets and digital channels. You will be responsible for building and implementing a broad, strategic digital vision for both divisions of the business.


This role offers an opportunity to play a key part in the digital transformation and become a crucial part of the business. You will lead the marketing team and work closely with the Marketing Manager, who will oversee traditional marketing communications and trade marketing activities.


Responsibilities

  1. Marketing strategy and execution
  • Agree and execute the digital marketing vision, developing strategies and leading implementation.
  • Manage and analyze Google/Bing search, Ads, PPC, SEO, and keywords to maximize natural search.
  • Develop and own the brand and its values.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Amazon on e-commerce initiatives.
  1. Digital Marketing
  • Design, improve, and manage all digital/web platforms and assets to expand online presence.
  • Implement online marketing strategies across various digital channels to promote products and capitalize on e-commerce opportunities.
  • Use internet and technology to reach target audiences, drive conversions, and meet business goals.
  • Conduct market research, strategize, and create content for campaigns.
  • Oversee web, SEO, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  1. E-commerce
  • Develop B2B, B2C, and D2C e-commerce strategies in selected countries.
  • Enhance SEO, PPC, and other methodologies to increase reach and exposure.
  • Identify and engage target audiences across sales channels.
  • Create strategies for niche markets like electricians and distributors.
  1. Marketing analysis / Data
  • Oversee data management, CRM, and reporting strategies with the team and business leaders.
  • Create KPIs and report on marketing performance monthly.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide insights and trend reports.
  • Research competitors and market trends to differentiate the company.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years in digital marketing at a senior/leadership level, with relevant qualifications.
  • Strong commercial awareness, competitor analysis skills, and product understanding.
  • Proven success in B2B, B2C, and D2C e-commerce marketing.
  • Experience in building and managing teams in fast-growing environments.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, and social media platforms.
  • Experience with product/data feeds and automation tools is advantageous.
  • Proactive, innovative, and entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
