How would you support our success?

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will enhance our online presence and lead digital marketing initiatives, working closely with sales, product development, and customer support to align strategies and drive growth. Your responsibilities include developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, fostering internal and external relationships, and executing targeted campaigns on LinkedIn and Google.

Your responsibilities
  • Become an expert in engaging accounting firms online, aligned with regional marketing plans and sector trends.
  • Develop strategies for websites, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, and social media tailored to our target audience.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Improve website functionality, user experience, and conversion rates through A/B testing.
  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies to increase visibility and traffic.
  • Oversee and optimize paid media campaigns.
  • Execute social media strategies to foster community engagement and brand awareness.
  • Monitor trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze campaign data to refine marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital marketing technologies and adopt innovative tools.
  • Integrate digital strategies to enhance the customer journey online and offline.
  • Implement lead generation and conversion campaigns.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and transparency, communicating campaign results and developing best practice guidelines. Train team members in digital marketing and automation workflows.

Experience and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in digital marketing within SaaS/B2B contexts.
  • Experience managing large-scale digital campaigns internationally.
  • Managing websites and digital channels effectively.
  • Strong background in lead generation, SEO/SEM.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like WordPress, Google Search Central, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media platforms.
