Digital Marketing Manager (SEO and Analytics)
Growing Education Company | Central London, Hybrid | up to £40,000
Do you want a marketing role where you are trusted to get stuck in, spot the opportunity and make it happen? A fast growing education business that opens young people's eyes to the world of work is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who loves turning data into decisions and decisions into results.
The team already runs a busy mix of email, social, content and paid media. Now it wants someone with a sharp, commercial mind to dig into what is working, find what could work harder, and take the lead on putting those ideas into action. You will care about how every campaign turns into enquiries, bookings and revenue, and you will be just as comfortable in the numbers as you are shaping the creative.
This is a small, friendly team, and we are looking for someone with solid SEO experience to bring knowledge we do not yet have in house. You do not need to be an SEO specialist, though. The role is broad, and your analysis will focus on website traffic and how people move through the customer journey, using tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager to understand where we win and where we lose people. Email performance is already well covered by a colleague, so you can concentrate on the website and wider performance picture.
You will take ownership of key areas of digital performance, including paid media, SEO and website optimisation. You will manage the relationship with our paid media agency, keep a close eye on PPC and paid social, and work with the Marketing Team Lead on budgets and strategy. You will build an SEO plan that grows organic visibility, including how we show up in AI powered search, which is still new territory and a real chance to make your mark. You will also test new channels, with room to build influencer, affiliate and partnership activity from scratch and prove what it can deliver.
You will bring:
We care as much about your attitude and potential as about ticking every box, so if you are strong on SEO and data and keen to grow into a broader role, we would love to hear from you.
