Role Purpose

We’re seeking an ambitious Digital Marketing Executive (PPC) / Google Ads Specialist to join our expanding marketing team. In this role, you’ll plan, launch, and optimise paid search and display campaigns to drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage Display campaigns via Google Ads and StackAdapt.
• Analyse performance data, track KPIs, and produce actionable insights.
• Write compelling ad copy that drives clicks, conversions, and ROI.
• Monitor and manage budgets, bids, targeting, and placements to maximise performance.
• Conduct A/B testing and continuous campaign optimisation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC, SEM, and performance marketing trends and tools.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years’ experience in a PPC or performance marketing role (agency or in-house).
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Experience with programmatic platforms like StackAdapt is a bonus.
• Analytical and data-driven, with a performance-focused mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic about digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and campaign optimisation.
