Location: Thame | Salary: £34,000 - £36,300 | Hours: Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:00 | Hybrid working considered post-probation

Now, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our friendly team in Thame. You'll be working alongside the Marketing Manager, playing a key role in shaping and executing digital marketing strategies that enhance our brand, engage audiences, and support business growth - without sacrificing your personal life to do it.

Requirements

What you'll be doing:

• Creating compelling content for our website and social media
• Supporting SEO/SEM, PPC, and email marketing strategies
• Monitoring analytics and optimising campaigns for better performance
• Collaborating with the wider team to develop marketing materials
• Conducting research to uncover trends and new ideas
• Managing social media channels and engaging with our online community
• Assisting with blog content, campaigns, and promotions
• Staying current on industry trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table
