Qualifications

• Proven experience boosting a website's organic search traffic.
• Hands-on experience with paid social (especially LinkedIn) and/or paid search ads.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and basic CRM reporting.
• Self-sufficient and comfortable building processes from scratch.

• Take full ownership of the client's website: audits, fix visibility issues, and implement SEO strategies.
• Run integrated campaigns combining SEO with paid media and other channels - email, blogs, videos, or webinars.
• Develop content including blog posts, case studies, and short videos to attract and convert leads.

Our well-established, Newark based client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist to join their growing team on a full time, permanent basis.

THE ROLE

• Take full ownership of the client's website: conduct audits, fix visibility issues, and implement comprehensive SEO strategies.
• Run integrated campaigns combining SEO with paid media and other channels - email, blogs, videos, or webinars.
• Develop compelling content including blog posts, case studies, and short videos to attract and convert leads.
• Set up email and direct mail campaigns for warm leads.
• Track and report everything monthly, from spend to leads generated.

THE CANDIDATE
