Future Prospects Group Ltd. in Newark is seeking a Digital Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist to own the digital presence and drive lead generation.

This full-time, permanent role involves shaping SEO strategy, developing content, and coordinating campaigns to transform the website into a sales asset. The ideal candidate will boost organic traffic, manage paid social and search ads, and report on performance using GA, GSC, and CRM data.

Qualifications

• Proven experience boosting a website's organic search traffic.
• Hands-on paid social and/or paid search experience.
• Proficient in GA, GSC, and CRM reporting.
• Self-sufficient and capable of building processes from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the client's website: audits, fix visibility, and implement comprehensive SEO strategies.
• Run integrated campaigns combining SEO with paid media and other channels email, blogs, videos, or webinars.
• Develop compelling content including blog posts, case studies, and short videos to attract and convert leads.
• Set up email and direct mail campaigns for warm leads.
• Track and report everything monthly, from spend to leads generated.

Our well-established, Newark based client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist to join their growing team on a full time, permanent basis.

THE ROLE

As an Digital Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist you ll be responsible:

• Take full ownership of the client's website: conduct audits, fix visibility issues, and implement comprehensive SEO strategies.
• Run integrated campaigns combining SEO with paid media and other channels email, blogs, videos, or webinars.
• Develop compelling content including blog posts, case studies, and short videos to attract and convert leads.
• Set up email and direct mail campaigns for warm leads.
• Track and report everything monthly, from spend to leads generated.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal Digital Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist will have experience in:

• Proven experience in boosting a website's organic search traffic.
• Hands-on experience with paid social (especially LinkedIn) and/or paid search ads.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and basic CRM reporting.
• Self-sufficient and comfortable building processes from scratch.
