Job summary

Bolt Burdon Kemp, a top‑ranked London law firm, seeks a Digital Marketing Executive to shape and deliver standout digital activity. You’ll report to the Head of Digital Marketing and play a visible role in campaigns that support people with life‑changing injuries.

In this role you’ll manage the firm’s website, contribute to SEO and PPC, and coordinate with external agencies. A 1–2 year background in digital marketing within professional services is ideal, with a collaborative, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within professional services, legal, financial services or an agency.
• Comfort using a CMS such as WordPress or similar website platform.
• Sharp eye for detail, strong organisational skills and ability to keep digital projects on track.
• Collaborative, can‑do approach and enthusiasm for digital marketing; degree‑level education welcome but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day management and evolution of the firm’s website, including uploading and updating content for accessibility and engagement.
• Assist with on‑page SEO, PPC and other paid digital activity; coordinate requests and review campaign performance.
• Collaborate with external agencies and suppliers on SEO, PPC, site development and digital PR.
• Support digital campaign delivery across website content, landing pages and channels.
• Work with internal stakeholders to gather information, manage changes and keep content up to date.
• Track digital marketing trends, including search changes, AI visibility, analytics, paid media and best practice.

What you’ll do

• Support the day-to-day management and evolution of the firm’s website, including uploading, formatting and updating content to ensure accessibility and maintain engagement.
• Assist with on-page SEO activity, and PPC and other paid digital activity, including coordinating requests, reviewing campaign performance and tracking actions.
• Collaborate with external agencies and suppliers to support SEO, PPC, website development and digital PR activity.
• Support digital campaign delivery across website content, landing pages and other channels where required.
• Work with internal stakeholders to gather information, manage changes and ensure website content is accurate and up to date.
• Track digital marketing trends, including changes in search, AI visibility, analytics, paid media and website best practice.

What we’re looking for

• 1–2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role, ideally gained within professional services, legal, financial services or an agency environment.
• Confidence using a CMS such as WordPress or a similar website platform.
• A sharp eye for detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to keep digital projects moving against deadlines.
• A collaborative, can-do approach and a genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing. Degree-level education is welcome, but not essential.
