They are accelerating the transition to clean, electric fleets by providing businesses with the tools and support to electrify with ease. They are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive who is proficient in SEO and PPC, strategic thinking, skilled in copywriting, and capable of storytelling through social media.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Advertising & Analytics
- Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) to maximize ROI.
- Optimize website metadata, keywords, and SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
- Track and analyze website & campaign performance using Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager.
- Develop A/B testing strategies to refine ad copy, landing pages, and creatives.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Create engaging graphics, videos, carousels, Reels, and TikToks.
- Manage and grow their presence across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn with compelling content using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Plan, execute, and analyze organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Develop a content calendar aligned with brand goals and industry trends.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media using Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
Email Marketing & CRM
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, CRM campaigns).
- Develop automated email workflows to nurture leads and increase engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze social media, website, and email marketing performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports and provide insights to optimize campaigns.
Trend Monitoring & Strategy
- Stay updated with the latest social media and email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content strategies with overall business objectives.
Customer Engagement & Brand Consistency
- Engage with followers, potential clients, and influencers to build a strong online community.
- Ensure all content aligns with the client's brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience & Knowledge:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, PPC, or social media marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, and website optimization techniques.
- Strong knowledge of organic and paid social media growth strategies.
- Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Familiarity with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of WordPress, Storyblok, or other CMS platforms.
- Experience with email marketing (Mailchimp, CRM campaigns, automation tools, etc.).
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not essential.
Core Skills:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Enthusiasm for digital media and marketing, with a strong desire to grow in the industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and content creation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
