VIQU have partnered with a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in the West Midlands that delivers expert IT support and cyber security solutions. As the organisation continues to expand, they are looking to strengthen their digital presence and accelerate growth through strategic marketing.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to take ownership of the company’s marketing strategy, build brand awareness, support customer acquisition, and contribute to business development. The role will also involve delivering some traditional marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, and social media
• Create and publish engaging content including blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, and social posts
• Manage and maintain the company website (WordPress)
• Analyse and report on key marketing metrics such as web traffic and conversion rates
• Develop and manage paid advertising and social media campaigns
• Design and produce marketing materials, both digital and print
• Organise and deliver webinars and virtual events for clients and prospects
• Contribute to traditional marketing activities, such as printed brochures, direct mail, and in-person meetings
• Monitor industry trends and identify new digital marketing opportunities

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role
• Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and email marketing
• Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp (or similar)
• Experience managing and updating websites using WordPress
• Skilled in digital content creation, using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with CRMs and sales pipelines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and respond quickly
• Up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
