Job summary

Charles Tyrwhitt is seeking a Performance Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day paid media activity across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, helping ensure campaigns are implemented accurately and promotions launched on time.

You will gain hands-on experience across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen and YouTube while collaborating with the Online team and other marketing functions to keep campaigns running smoothly across our international markets.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in digital marketing and e-commerce.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Good working knowledge of Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proactive and dependable team player.
• Experience in marketing, e-commerce or digital advertising (internship/placement).
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and paid search.
• Willingness to learn GA4/Adobe Analytics

Responsibilities

• Support setup and implementation of campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Upload and maintain ad copy, assets, audiences, and settings.
• Assist with Performance Max, Demand Gen and YouTube updates.
• Run daily checks on spend and identify issues.
• Maintain campaign documentation and trackers.
• Coordinate promotions and landing pages with teams.
• Produce regular campaign reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with web, CRM, analytics, design and trading teams.
• Suggest process improvements using AI and automation.
