CareerSync, a forward-thinking career development platform committed to helping individuals make confident and informed career choices, is offering an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Multi-Channel Marketer to join their growing team.

This role is ideal for a motivated and creative individual looking to kickstart a career in digital marketing. As the first marketing apprentice at CareerSync, the successful candidate will work closely with and be supported by the Marketing Line Manager to plan, deliver, and analyse marketing campaigns across a variety of digital channels. This is a unique chance to gain hands-on experience, develop key skills, and play a vital part in shaping the company’s marketing strategy from the ground up.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Multi-channel Marketing Level 3 Apprenticeship delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Assist in creating and publishing content across key platforms, including email, social media, and our website
• Support multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with brand and business goals
• Design basic digital assets using tools such as Canva
• Help manage content schedules and calendars
• Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media Insights
• Carry out competitor and market research to inform campaign strategy
• Collaborate with the Marketing Line Manager on campaign planning, execution, and reporting

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours&Benefits:

• Annual salary between £18,000 and £20,000
• Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
• Fully remote working arrangement
• 24 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays
