A Typical Day in the Job

In this exciting role, you’ll support the Marketing Manager across multiple growing product portfolios, brand launches, and marketing campaigns. You will:

• Assist in managing brand events and launches, working with brand calendars and budgets
• Research market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity to inform marketing plans
• Keep up to date with beauty and fragrance category trends and report on best-in-class ideas
• Support in the execution of digital marketing, PR initiatives and influencer campaigns
• Help create spreadsheets, trackers, reports, and data analysis for marketing performance
• Assist in developing account-specific promotional plans and materials aligned with brand guidelines
• Liaise with suppliers and printers to produce marketing materials
• Provide copy-editing and formatting assistance for promotional assets and mailers
• Help build and maintain strong working relationships with key external partners
• Support in preparing impactful brand presentations and sales materials
• Assist store staff with effective tools and resources to promote brand success
• Provide general marketing and office admin support, including meeting prep and stationery/marketing supply orders

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge

• Good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• A natural passion for all things creative, beauty, social media, music and influencer marketing
• Reliable, punctual and highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A driven, self-starter with a positive “can do” attitude
• Confident communicator and strong team player who can also work independently
• Commercially aware and able to present ideas effectively
• A Grade 5/C in GCSE Maths and a Grade 4/C in GCSE English is required for this role

Salary, Hours & Benefits

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm / 9am to 5:30pm / 9:30am to 6pm (with 1 day working from home)

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective digital marketer.

With our expert online training and one-to-one support, you’ll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful campaigns as part of a professional marketing team.
