Baltic Apprenticeships is pleased to collaborate with the Builders Merchants Federation, a leading trade association representing merchants and suppliers across the UK and Ireland. Our goal is to help members 'build excellence' within the building materials sector.

We are offering a position for a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice. In this role, you will be a vital part of the marketing team, supporting email campaigns, website updates, PR activities, basic design work, brochure creation, forum promotion, and copywriting. This apprenticeship provides practical experience in multi-channel marketing within the building materials industry.

You will work towards a Multi-channel Marketing Level 3 Apprenticeship, delivered by Baltic Apprenticeships' expert training team.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Assist in executing email marketing campaigns to engage members and promote events
• Update and maintain the website content
• Coordinate press releases and media activities with PR agencies
• Support basic design work for marketing materials
• Create brochures and promotional content
• Promote forums and events via social media and email
• Contribute to copywriting for marketing collateral

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• Salary: £13,741 – £22,220 per annum, depending on age
• 35 hours/week, Monday to Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm; Friday 8:30am-1:30pm
• 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Early finish on Fridays
• Staff incentive (staff away day)
