Job description

If you've got a passion for all things Marketing, then we have the role for you! Noise Agency, based in Lancaster with a beautiful new office location, is now looking to add a Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice to their growing team. The role offers a salary ranging between £18,000 to £20,000 per annum, reduced hours on Fridays, team building and social events, and much more!

As an apprentice, you will be fully immersed in the world of Marketing. Your tasks will include creating short films for content, SEO and PPC campaigns, monitoring campaign effectiveness, and more. You will be provided with all the necessary tools to build a successful career as a Multi-Channel Marketer. Throughout your journey, you'll be closely supported by the Director and a specialist coach from Baltic Apprenticeships to guide you!

This role includes working towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

1. Discussing the products, services, and marketing needs of each client
2. Formulating effective digital marketing strategies with the team
3. Monitoring digital campaigns and suggesting improvements
4. Understanding clients' products, business culture, and competition
5. Attending meetings and reporting on decisions
6. Managing advertising, SEO, PPC, email marketing campaigns
7. Creating content such as short films, managing social media, tracking engagement, budgeting, and branding

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:
