5Values is a fast-growth Talent Solutions Consultancy operating across the UK, Europe and North America. This Marketing Apprenticeship role involves hands-on work from start to finish, from audience discovery to live campaigns, across content creation, social media, events, partnerships and analytics.

You'll learn on the job, working with a team to develop skills in social media, content creation, digital marketing, campaigns, lead generation and analytics, while contributing to real business

Qualifications

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) at grades 3+ (D or above).
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing content strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Plan, create and publish engaging video, graphic and written content.
• Create content for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
• Help produce video content including TikToks and Reels.
• Use Canva to create engaging graphics and marketing materials.
• Keep up with social media, cultural and industry trends.
• Monitor and engage with online communities
• Help bring the 5Values brands to life and communicate with audiences.
• Find innovative ways to showcase services, people and success stories.
• Create topical and shareable content that resonates with audiences.
• Keep up with industry and cultural trends.
• Bring new ideas to how we showcase our brands.
