Job Title: Marketing Executive Apprentice

Apprenticeship: Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship

Location: Near Haywards Heath, West Sussex

Salary: £9.00 - £12.00 per hour

Hours: Part-time, hours to be confirmed

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive Apprentice to join a creative and fast-paced business based near Haywards Heath.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about social media, content creation and branding who wants to turn their creativity into a career. You'll gain hands‑on experience across digital marketing, brand development, content creation and client coordination while working towards a recognised Level 3 qualification.

You’ll be encouraged to bring your own ideas, help shape the organisation’s online identity and create engaging content showcasing its work. Alongside marketing, you’ll gain valuable commercial experience supporting client enquiries and coordinating projects from initial brief through to delivery.

Responsibilities for an Apprentice

• Marketing & Social Media
• Help develop a consistent and recognisable brand identity across social media
• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms
• Produce reels, posts, stories and other visual content
• Develop case studies showcasing recent projects and campaigns
• Create behind‑the-scenes and business‑focused content
• Help produce campaign highlights and other creative features
• Write engaging and natural social media copy
• Assist with planning and scheduling regular content
• Contribute ideas for new marketing campaigns and content
• Monitor social media and creative trends and identify new opportunities
• Help maintain a consistent visual style and tone of voice across digital channels
• Client & Project Support
• Respond to incoming client enquiries and project briefs
• Develop an understanding of client requirements and help identify suitable solutions
• Assist with preparing professional selections and information for clients
• Communicate professionally with clients and other external contacts
• Help coordinate schedules, availability and project requirements
• Support projects from initial enquiry through to confirmation and delivery
• Maintain accurate records and administrative information
• Manage multiple enquiries and deadlines effectively
• Build positive working relationships with clients and external contacts
• Provide general marketing, administrative and project support to the wider team

Apprenticeship Information

You will be enrolled on the Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship, typically completed over 18 months. This includes:

• Regular workplace‑based learning supported by your training provider and line manager
• A minimum of 6 hours per week of off‑the‑job training
• Development of skills, knowledge and behaviours aligned to the apprenticeship standard
• Completion of a portfolio and end‑point assessment
• Functional Skills support in English or Maths if not previously achieved at Level 2

Prospects

Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, there may be the opportunity to progress into a permanent position and continue developing your career within marketing, social media, content creation or client services.
