Hatched Agency is offering a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice role in Taunton. You will support the delivery of marketing campaigns for clients while studying for the Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship. No prior experience required; the team values attitude and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities include social media planning, content creation, blogs, SEO, WordPress updates, email campaigns and reporting.

• You’ll be enthusiastic, curious and eager to learn, with a passion for marketing, branding and digital.
• You should have good written and verbal communication skills and strong organisation.

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a creative, enthusiastic and motivated Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice to join our team and develop alongside the business.

Job Description

As a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice, you’ll play an active role in supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns for both Hatched Agency and our clients.

Working alongside our experienced team of designers, developers, marketers and content creators, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across every aspect of modern marketing while studying towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is creative, organised and passionate about marketing, content creation and social media.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Marketing

• Assist in planning and scheduling social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
• Create engaging social media content including captions, graphics and short‑form video.
• Help produce blogs, articles, newsletters and website content.
• Support the creation of client content calendars.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond where appropriate.

Website & Digital Marketing

• Update client websites using WordPress and other CMS platforms.
• Assist with website testing and quality assurance.
• Support SEO activities including keyword research, metadata and content optimisation.
• Help improve website performance and user experience.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp.

Creative & Campaign Support

• Assist with photography and video shoots.
• Support designers with campaign artwork briefs.
• Help create presentations and marketing collateral.
• Contribute ideas during campaign planning and creative brainstorming sessions.
• Ensure all work follows client brand guidelines.

Research & Reporting

• Carry out competitor and market research.
• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and other reporting tools.
• Produce monthly performance reports.
• Analyse engagement, website traffic and campaign performance.
• Make recommendations for continual improvement.

Agency Support

• Assist Account Managers with project coordination.
• Help manage multiple client projects and deadlines.
• Support the wider team wherever required.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions and client meetings where appropriate.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, curious and eager to learn.

You don’t need years of experience—we’re far more interested in your attitude than your CV.

You’ll ideally have:

• A genuine passion for marketing, branding and digital.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Creativity and an eye for good design.
• An interest in photography and video content.
• A willingness to learn new software and technologies.
• Confidence working both independently and within a team.
• Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress or social media platforms would be advantageous but isn’t essential.

During your apprenticeship you’ll complete the Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship delivered by an Ofsted Outstanding training provider.

You’ll gain practical experience while developing skills across:

• Brand management
• Content creation
• Social media marketing
• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
• Google Ads & paid media
• Analytics & reporting
• AI tools for marketing
• Campaign planning

Training is delivered through a combination of workplace learning, one‑to‑one tutor sessions and monthly workshops.

Progression

This is an exciting opportunity to join Hatched Agency during a period of growth.

For the right candidate, there is a clear opportunity to progress into a permanent Digital Marketing Executive or Account Executive role, taking greater responsibility for client accounts and campaigns.

Job Type: Full‑time, Apprenticeship

Salary: £17,000 per annum

Working Pattern: Monday–Friday
