Clearline Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Marketing Apprentice in St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex. Responsibilities

• Create and edit engaging social media content including videos, photos and posts.
• Help plan regular social media content showcasing products, services and day-to-day business activity.
• Help prepare content, imagery, newsletters and promotional emails.
• Take photographs and videos for social media, websites, emails and wider marketing materials.
• Identify opportunities to capture interesting content including products, projects, events and behind-the-scenes activity.
• Assist with basic video and photo editing.
• Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style.
• Contribute ideas for new campaigns and content themes.
• Research creative ways to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Support wider marketing and promotional projects.
• Develop an understanding of how different marketing channels work together.
• Monitor marketing activity and use feedback to help improve future content.

Location: St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex

Salary: £8.00 per hour

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00am - 5:30pm, 34 hours per week including a 1-hour lunch

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Apprentice to join a growing business in St. Leonards-on-Sea.

This is a highly creative opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in marketing. You will gain hands‑on experience creating social media content, videos and photography, supporting email campaigns and contributing ideas for new marketing activity while completing your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship.

You will be enrolled on the Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship, typically completed over approximately 18 months. This includes:

• Regular workplace-based learning supported by your training provider and line manager
• A minimum of 6 hours per week of off-the-job training
• Development of skills, knowledge and behaviours aligned to the apprenticeship standard
• Completion of a portfolio and end-point assessment
• Functional Skills support in English or Maths if not previously achieved at Level 2

Prospects

Once you have completed your apprenticeship, there will be the opportunity to potentially progress into a full-time permanent marketing role within the business.
