  • Manage a portfolio of up to 10 clients, ensuring excellent service and strong relationships.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize business potential.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their objectives and priorities.
  • Conduct client meetings, performance reviews, and contract renewals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client objectives.
  • Analyze client data to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
  • Prepare contracts, proposals, reports, and marketing materials.
  • Stay updated with performance marketing trends and strategies.
Candidate profile
  • Experience in an Account Management role is preferred.
  • Experience in the marketing industry is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong commercial awareness and client management skills.
  • Ability to manage workloads efficiently to meet targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
