Job summary

North East Surrey College of Technology is seeking a proactive Digital Learning Assistant to support curriculum teams with the college's digital learning platforms and classroom design. The role includes shaping online pedagogy and contributing to staff training resources.

You will work in a further/ higher education setting, using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to enable effective digital learning delivery and student engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in further or higher education training, learning and development.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent computing and technology application skills.
• Motivated, initiative-taker with a passion for helping others.
• Strong administrative and IT skills with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Support curriculum teams in using the college's digital learning platforms.
• Help curriculum teams to design and structure their Google Classrooms and online pedagogy.
• Contribute to the development of staff guidance and training materials and facilitate staff development sessions.
