A prominent healthcare organization is looking for a Digital Learning Technologist to enhance staff development through innovative digital learning resources. Are you passionate about transforming learning through technology? Do you have the vision and expertise to lead digital innovation in education across a large healthcare organisation? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Learning Technologist to drive the Trust's Digital Learning agenda. This is a strategic role focused on evolving traditional learning into a digitally enabled, blended model that supports staff development and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of digital learning resources. Manage the Digital Learning Development team and collaborate with stakeholders across the Trust. Oversee the Learning Management System (Totara), ensuring effective use and continuous improvement. Develop and deliver engaging digital content including e-learning, webinars, podcasts, vlogs, and immersive formats like virtual reality. Build digital capability across the workforce through training and support. Align digital learning initiatives with national priorities and service needs.
