The role requires strong communication and cross-team collaboration to drive digital transformation.

You will support the L&OD function with expert advice, relationship-building, and well-designed products and processes, ensuring high-quality delivery across the Trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead on day-to-day management of defined My Learning projects across their life cycle.
• Provide comprehensive technical systems support for the L&D function ensuring delivery meets priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to feasibility reviews and develop robust business cases for IM&T project proposals.
